Depending on the time of year or the type of training you are looking for all workouts will include a mix of all types of training to help the athlete perform at their best.

If the athlete is not a football specific player or you want your athlete to focus specifically on speed, agility and quickness we can dedicate the entire training towards getting faster.

Group Lessons Speed Only –

*Group lessons are limited to 4 for speed only training

  • $65 per lesson

  • $55 per session, minimum of 10 sessions

*The goal is to get the most out of your athlete in the time we have together, and each athlete is different and has different needs.

In the case of football, private lessons are more effective due to the detailed coaching that is involved for each athlete. The more training at once, the less 1-1 coaching time can be had. Therefore, we limit “groups” to just two and prefer one when at all possible.
